Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- We require payment of the deposit via a credit or debit card using PayPay. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. The balance is due in cash on arrival. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Credit card details will be retained to act a security on property in the event of damage or excessive cleaning charges are to be made.
- If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide the property booked we will refund all monies you have paid in full and the Guest shall have no further claim against us.
- All our properties are within residential areas. Therefore we are unable to accept bookings for stag or hen parties.
- All properties are let out for a specific number of guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking if more that the specified number is found to be staying.
- Any special requirements requests must be made prior to arrival.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable because the property is taken off the market after the booking is made.
- We strongly recommend you take out insurance against cancellation of your vacation.
Maintenance
- Every effort is made to repair any breakdown of equipment within the properties. We cannot guarantee that all repairs will be completed within the duration of your holiday, and no refund will be payable. We reserve the right to enter the flat at any reasonable time to inspect and/or repair the property.
- Any damage caused by the Guest will be charged. Keys must be left in the apartment when the Guest checks out. There is a $50/₤30 charge for lost keys.
Conduct
Guests are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect cannot be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the guests from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
Cleaning
The property will be cleaned prior to arrival. Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition and treat the furniture and fittings with respect or be subject to a additional $100/₤50 deep cleaning charge and/or damages.
Bed Linen and Towels
All bed linen and towels are provided. They must be left undamaged and unstained. A charge will be made if replacements are required.
Garbage Disposal
Bin liners are provided in each property. All garbage must be placed in these bags. When full these bags must be placed in the building bins/skips. All garbage must be removed at end of stay.
Lost Property
The Guest of is responsible for the pre-payment of packaging and carriage costs of any property left behind.
No Smoking
We operate a no smoking policy in all our properties.
Pets
No dog, bird or other animal is allowed in the properties.
Liability
We accept no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, expense or inconvenience to person or property which the Guest or his/her party my suffer arising out of or in connection with the holiday or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
