do I Pick up the Keys in Chicago?
A: Let us know via email when you plan to arrive twenty-four
hours before check-in. Call us when you are approaching the
apartment. Ian's cell number is 1- (773) 899 0260. Normally, we meet you in the lobby with the key. If we
are out of town, we use a key service in Chicago. The key is handled by Sapo,
the manager of
Michael’s Pizzeria & Tavern. His cell phone number is
1- (773) 574-5149.
Q: How
do I Check Out?
A: Leave the keys on the kitchen counter and lock the front door
behind you, making sure that you have not left any property in the
apartment.
Q: Is there an Internet
connection?
A: The Aberdeen properties and Belle Plaine
offer complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access on
request.
Internet access is available at Bittersweet for $5 per day.
Q:
What if I need a cleaning service during my stay?
A:
A cleaning service can be
provided for $35 with 48 hours notice.

What are the directions from O'Hare?
A:
You can get a taxi from O'Hare for $35 to $40. Alternatively,
you can use public transportation. The CTA/'L' blue line
terminal is in Terminal 2. Just follow the signs in Terminal 2.
The cost is $2.25. Get off at Irving Park. From Irving Park you
can either catch a cab ($15) or get the 80 bus (25 cents - transfer
price, so keep your ticket). Get off the bus at Broadway.

What are the directions from Midway?
A:
You can get a taxi from Midway for $35 to $40. Alternatively,
you can use public transportation. Just follow the signs to
the CTA/'L' orange line. The cost is $2.25. Get off at State and
change to the Red line (to Howard). Get off the train at
Sheridan.
Q: Is
a Receipt Available?
A: Yes, on request.
Q: What if I arrive
before the 2:00 pm check-in?
A: If the apartment is clean, we allow but cannot guarantee early
check-in. However, you can leave luggage in the apartment and
collect the keys if cleaning is in process.
