Studio accommodation in our garden apartment ideal for visiting Chicago for business or pleasure.  The accommodation is in a 'yuppee' area close to Starbucks, Whole Foods and numerous bars and restaurants.  Just a block from the Lake, the accommodation is within walking distance of Wrigley Field (Cubs).  The CTA station (Sheridan) is a five minute walk.  The Loop and Michigan Avenue are a ten minute drive down scenic Lake Shore Drive.  The McCormick Place Convention Center is a fifteen minute drive down Lake Shore Drive.

The property in our garden apartment has been fully remodeled and was recently converted into two units separated by a door with a double-sided lock for privacy:

• The unit has a private entrance accessed off the street.

• There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar.

• The bed is in a 'den' off the living room area and has a  queen sized bed.  An Eddie Bauer™ infant travel/carrying cot is available.

• The living room has a Samsung™ 40" flat-screen TV with premium digital cable.

• The bathroom has a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

• There is complimentary wireless Internet access.

Street parking is available.  Alternatively, parking is available on the block for $6.00 per night at the Walt Disney School on N Clarendon (check school day & Cubs Game Day restrictions).

Three night minimum stay.  Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.  There is a one-time cleaning fee of $35 per stay.  Pets under 20lbs are allowed but there is an additional $50 cleaning charge.
