Chicago - Bittersweet (One Bedroom Apartment)

An elegant apartment in a great Northside area for visiting Chicago for business or pleasure.  The apartment is in a 'yuppee' area close to Starbucks, Whole Foods and numerous bars and restaurants.  Just half a block from the Lake, the apartment is within walking distance of Wrigley Field (Cubs).  The CTA station (Sheridan) is a five minute walk.  The Loop and Michigan Avenue is a five minute drive down scenic Lake Shore Drive.  The McCormick Place Convention Center is a ten minute drive down Lake Shore Drive.

Bittersweet is a one-bedroom condo.  The apartment has been completely remodeled - new wood floors, new kitchen and new bathroom.  There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and two futons in the lounge (sleeps up to six guests, must be no more than four adults and two children).  Linen, towels, hairdryer and iron are provided.  Cable TV with DVD is included.  Internet access is included.  The building has laundry facilities.  Parking is available for an additional $10 per night: the parking spot is located on Belle Plaine, a block from the apartment.  Check availability:

A non-refundable deposit of $240 (plus 3.5% administration fee) is payable in advance.  The balance is payable via PayPal at the latest twenty-four hours before check-in (plus 3.5% administration fee).

A maximum of six guests per night, extra $20 per night for above four guests.  There is a one-time cleaning fee of $60 per stay for two guests: $80 for three or four guests: $100 up to six guests.  Guests are expected to leave the property in a good state else be subject to an additional $100 deep-cleaning charge.  Internet access is included.  There are no additional charges.  Pets are not allowed by the Condominium Association.  Self check-in is now available: see FAQ.  Check-in after 3:00PM.  Check-out by 11:00 AM.  Monthly pricing available on request.  Prices are subject to change without notification and only guaranteed with a confirmed reservation.
