A great Northside apartment in a great area for visiting Chicago for business or pleasure.  The apartment is in a 'yuppee' area close to Starbucks, Whole Foods and numerous bars and restaurants.  Just half a block from the Lake, the apartment is within walking distance of Wrigley Field (Cubs).  The CTA station (Sheridan) is a five minute walk.  The Loop and Michigan Avenue are a ten minute drive down scenic Lake Shore Drive.  The McCormick Place Convention Center is a fifteen minute drive down Lake Shore Drive.

Bittersweet is a one-bedroom condo.  The apartment has been completely remodeled - new wood floors, new kitchen and new bathroom.  There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.  In addition, two twin there is a rollaway bed.  An infant travel/carrying cot is available.  Cable TV with DVD is included.  The building has laundry facilities.  Street parking is available.  Alternatively, parking is available on the block for $6.00 per night at the Walt Disney School on N Clarendon (check school day & Cubs Game Day restrictions).  Check availability:

High season is from 1st May to 30th September.  A non-refundable deposit of $240 is payable in advance.  Pricing is based on up to four guests with a flat $30 discount for single occupancy.  A maximum of five guests per night, $10 extra per night for the fifth guest.  Children under 12 are always free.  There is a one-time cleaning fee of $40 per stay.  Internet access is available for $5 per day.  Pets are not allowed by the Condominium Association.  Guests are expected to leave the property in a good state else be subject to a $100 deep-cleaning charge.  Monthly pricing available on request.  Prices are subject to change without notification and only guaranteed with a confirmed reservation.
